Make It Your Own Practice
Yoga is all about the journey. Allow yourself to enjoy the process. Happy Hour Yoga classes are sometime
challenging. Try not to feel like you
always have to do the most advance modifications and every optional vinyasa. What’s most important is that you give your
body what it needs. Sometime, what your
body needs is to push through its mental resistance and challenge its limits
and other times, your body needs you to go easy on it and allow the practice to
be more restful. Always listen to your
breath and notice when your ego is driving.
