Extraordinary is just ordinary with a little "extra"
Yoga allows us time in our day to slow down, find our breath
and check in with our bodies. When we
are in the controlled environment of our studio it may come more readily than
in the “real” world. The challenge is to
carry the calm and self awareness into the rest of our day. Never let the mental yoga stop. Always take the time to be aware of our
bodies and when we need it. It might be
just the thing that makes us extraordinary!
