Change
Allow yourself to like change. We all have our own version of a
routine. There are parts of are day that
are scheduled, predicable and constant… until they’re not. Sometimes it feels like we have just gotten thing
handled or under control when they change again. They say, the only constant in life is
change, so why fight it? Allow yourself
to accept change in your life with open arms.
Let the hot weather give you motivation to explore a nearby lake. Let the shift at your work or social place
help you to make new friends and explore new territories. Let your body change in your yoga classes so
you can find new levels of depth in your practice.
