Slow Down!
Sometimes we need to remind ourselves to slow down. Take a breath, notice the world around
you. Come and slow down with me at Happy
Hour Yoga tonight. If you can’t make it,
set aside at least 15 minutes to unwind.
Drink a cup of tea (maybe iced today), read a book or take a walk around
your backyard noticing the life in bloom.
Trust me, it’s worth it!
