Allergies?


It seems to be in the air... literally!  You might think that yoga isn't in the cards for you on the days when your allergies are acting up or you're coming down with the sniffles but think again!  There are poses that can help to open the sinuses and promote healthful breathing.  Yoga poses and our pranayama can help to reduce the pressure between the ears as well as calm the body and allow it to heal or relax.  So don't let a few sniffles be a roadblock for your yoga practice, come on in anyway!
