Healthy Lifestyles


Life is all about balance.  To work towards our healthiest lifestyle we have to work to eat healthy, exercise and get plenty of rest.  By practicing our yoga we are learning to respect and listen to our bodies.  Tonight at our Healthy Potluck we can take it a step further with some help from our peers!  Join us tonight at the Push Ups 2 Pin Ups studio to exchange ideas, learn new recipes and sample tons of food ideas.  Bring your favorite healthy dish and some copies of the recipe to share.  Tomorrow morning at 9:30am we will have a makeup yoga class.  Hope to see you there!
