Spare Moments




There are times when we are so busy that we forget to take a moment to find our stillness, silence and inner calm.  That is why we work to come back to that little piece of serenity before we begin each yoga class.  Allow ourselves that time to get back to our basics – breath and existence.  Give yourself the opportunity to find this peace in your life beyond the walls of our yoga studio.  Give yourself permission to slow down, take in the beauty of nature as it awakens to spring, feel the sun on your skin or even just close your eyes for a minute over your morning coffee.  These little mini-meditations can help us keep our priorities and sanity when life brings us challenges.
