What's on the inside counts


Give your body the nourishment, rest, and movement it needs to stay healthy.  Feed yourself food that is easy to digest, sits kindly in your belly and gives you the energy you need to sustain your schedule.  Allow yourself sufficient time to rest and recover from emotionally or physically strenuous activity.  Make sure that you push yourself beyond your limits, spread yourself too thin.  The let your body move, sweat and stretch to it enjoys those relaxing moments even more.
