Work, Rest and Play
It can be too easy these days to get overwhelmed. We over-commit take on too much and let
ourselves burn from both ends. Even
though these times can feel productive we have to remember the toll they can
take on our mental and physical health.
It is important to find a balance between our work, rest and play. Make sure that will give ourselves as much
time to sleep and relax and we do to accomplish and achieve. Allow yourself to take pride in knowing your
limits, in the yoga studio and out in the world.
