Summer Time - Summer Heat


Summer is finally here and with it comes the heat.  Remember to drink water before, after and during yoga or any other physical activities in the hot summer months.  Our body thrives when it is nourished and hydrated.  Water can help to improve skin conditions, metabolism, sleep patterns and even weight loss.  It is recommended that each person consume 1/2 or 3/4 of their body weight in ounces each day.  It can feel like a lot but it will keep you feeling great!
