Friday the 13th!


It is amazing how many excuses we can think of to justify skipping out on our yoga.  We ate too big of a lunch, we are too tired, we are not in the mood, or it's Friday the 13th!  Whatever your excuse may be, take a step back and ask yourself the truth.  Why is it that you really think you should skip yoga?  Because you don't want to feel relaxed?  You don't want a nice neck massage?  You don't feel like lengthening your muscles? Don't skip out on class tonight from 6-7!
